Driving repeat custom, a staple of our growing organisation;
Callum Biscoe
Director

We continually look to improve our client experience from the initial point of contact from our office to our operative’s engagement on site. Making sure our movements from estimation to render of services are completely seamless is a major focus point within our organisation, we have valued this process as it has proven successful in repeat customs from clients for the last 6 years.

We also understand that, in our industry, it is not uncommon to come across hurdles & obstacles. Our method of negation for this is communication. Communication is key to remediating issues arisen on site effectively and without disruption to the scope of works. Using communication, we also intern strengthen the relationship with our client/ stakeholder.

Understanding the values of our customers is also important in terms of building strong rapport. We strongly believe that empathically we need to understand our clients/ stakeholder’s vision, we need to understand what they are trying to achieve & how we can provide a solution that’s fits within their business case.

Going through the mentioned motions strengthens our existing relationships and successfully drives repeated client/ stakeholder engagements. We strive to outperform ourselves on every point of contact repeatedly in our natural evolution as an organisation.

To continue our professional development, we continually seek critique from stakeholders & clients to expose areas in which we could improve upon & streamline. This approach has been effective since our inception and will be continually deployed in our strategic approach to growing, maintaining and solidifying our services within our industry.

Working culture & why it matters;
Callum Biscoe
Director

Creating the right working culture has been instrumental in our progressive success over the years. Our organisational culture has always been that of education, collaboration & team work. These values undoubtedly lead to the bi-product of productivity and success in both commercial & individual development. At C&B Electrical Contractors Ltd we have always been of the understanding that out put and input will nearly always be directly proportional, this means that if we are not trying to better ourselves & our processes on a daily basis our commercial success will be impeded leading to stagnation.

To deliver great solutions and systems to our clients we must firstly make sure that operatives whether they are field staff or management are equipped with the necessary tools & resources in their arsenal to deliver our service comprehensively & inline with our company values. For each individual we achieve this differently, for some it may be a case of minor office based tuition and others fully indentured training over a number of years, nevertheless, the outcome is worth the investment in our opinion.

Within our organisation we have strive for unique business character by allowing everyone to ‘add value’ this means that we encourage constant communication and the indulgence of ideas that can help us shape our service positively for our clients and end users. This approach is different but we find it works and can promote lateral thinking, in a culture that allows people to add value ultimately we end up more diverse and versatile which is welcomed by our organisation.

The results this culture that we have created, starting off organic and naturally moving into a more strategic input into our organisation have been progressive and advantageous for us in building a team that can operate with these principles. It has also meant that staff turnover is naturally low and everybody inside of our organisation can voice themselves freely, this is something we are immensely proud of and will continue to foster throughout our activity in our industry.
