C & B Electrical Contractors Ltd

Celebrating five years with Danny at C&B Electrical Ltd

Community matters to us at C&B Electrical Contractors Ltd, and we are proud of the people who choose to build their careers here. We make sure they feel part of the team from day one. That means careful hiring, proper onboarding and a work environment where doing a good job and helping others is recognised and appreciated.

A five-year milestone

Recently, we celebrated Danny Reynold’s fifth anniversary at C&B Electrical. It is a milestone that says a lot about Danny, and about the business we want to be.

To mark the occasion, directors Callum Biscoe and Ben Wilson presented Danny with a Tag Heuer watch as a thank you for his hard work, commitment and the impact he has made across projects over the past five years.

What Danny brings to the business

Danny is the kind of colleague we value. He shows up, takes pride in his work, supports others and keeps learning with every project.

Over five years, he has become a key part of the team, through the way he works on site, to his technical ability on every project.

Danny says:

“Everyone at C&B Electrical is knowledgeable, and they are always there to help. You’re never left stuck; there’s always someone you can ask, and everyone wants you to improve and do well.

“I’ve learned a lot from working with different people on-site. Being on a team of four to eight people, all working together on big jobs, helps you understand what it really means to be part of a team. You put your skills and knowledge into what you do every day, and you see the results come together.”

That mindset is what we look for; people who want to learn, improve and take pride in their work.

Careful team building

We build teams carefully, with the right people, the right support and – most importantly – the right environment. That means clear expectations, mentorship and the space to grow skills on real projects.

As Callum puts it:

“We are a local business, and we back local people. The work we do keeps money, skills and opportunity in our communities, and we take that seriously. When someone like Danny commits five years to C&B Electrical, we owe it to him and to the area to give back, to train, to create good jobs and to show up for the clubs and causes on our doorstep.

“Danny is part of the team and the community we serve. That is how we will keep building a strong workforce and give something back where we live and work.”

Danny’s journey shows what happens when good people are supported properly, when hard work is recognised and when a company invests in its team for the long-term. We want colleagues to look back with pride at the jobs they have delivered, and to look forward to the opportunities that are coming next.

Danny, thank you for everything you have done over the past five years. Here is to the next chapter.
