C&B Electrical Contractors Ltd is proud to have raised more than £12,000 for Milton Keynes University Hospital Charity over the past year, supporting projects that enhance patient care, staff wellbeing and hospital facilities beyond standard NHS funding.
The fundraising total has been achieved through a combination of charity events, sponsorship activities and community initiatives, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting the local Milton Keynes community and the healthcare organisations that serve it.
Over the last year, members of the C&B Electrical team have taken part in a variety of fundraising activities, including the Milton Keynes Marathon weekend, a London to Brighton charity bike ride and the Milton Keynes University Hospital Charity Masquerade Ball. As part of the marathon weekend, Ben Wilson completed both the Rocket 5K and the full Milton Keynes Marathon, while Callum took part in the Rocket 5K, with all funds raised supporting Milton Keynes University Hospital Charity. These events have helped generate vital funding for projects that directly benefit patients, visitors and staff across the hospital.
Supporting Healthcare Beyond Electrical Services
As an electrical contractor in Milton Keynes, C&B Electrical has worked alongside Milton Keynes University Hospital for many years, delivering healthcare electrical services across a range of projects and departments.
However, the company’s relationship with the hospital extends beyond electrical infrastructure and maintenance. Through fundraising, sponsorship and community involvement, the team is committed to supporting projects that improve the hospital environment and enhance the experience of those receiving care.
Alongside fundraising efforts, C&B Electrical has also supported practical improvements within the hospital, including donating and installing sky-themed ceiling lighting in the Cardiology Waiting Room. Plans are also underway to support the creation of an under-the-sea themed environment within the Milton Mouse Children’s Ward, helping to create more welcoming spaces for patients and their families.
A Commitment to the Milton Keynes Community
At C&B Electrical, supporting local causes is an important part of the company’s values. While the business delivers healthcare and commercial electrical services across the UK, Milton Keynes remains at the heart of its operations.
The team understands the important role Milton Keynes University Hospital plays within the local community and is proud to support the charity’s work through both fundraising and practical initiatives.
As experienced healthcare electrical contractors, the team regularly works within live healthcare environments where patient care is the highest priority. Supporting Milton Keynes University Hospital Charity allows the business to contribute even further to the wellbeing of patients, visitors and staff across the region.
Looking Ahead
C&B Electrical would like to thank everyone who has supported the fundraising activities over the last year, including employees, customers, partners and event organisers.
The company looks forward to continuing its support of Milton Keynes University Hospital Charity and helping to fund projects that make a meaningful difference throughout the hospital.
